Delivery Information

FREE 24 HOUR DELIVERY WITH EVERY ORDER!

Items ordered before 3:00pm, Monday-Thursday will be dispatched immediately for delivery within 24 hours.

Orders placed after 3:00pm will be dispatched the following working day, again, for delivery within 24 hours.

Orders outside of UK Mainland (Ireland, Channel Isles, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man etc) will incur a shipping surcharge of £15.00 and may take longer to arrive then our usual 24 hours.

We aim to deliver all items within 24 hours! Unfortunately, Stock can sometimes create a delay. If Next Day Delivery is REQUIRED, please call us to confirm the item you are ordering is in stock!

Orders are delivered between 9am and 3pm, Monday - Friday. Saturday deliveries can be made for an additional charge of £15.00.

Please note that ALL items require a signature. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your item. If you wish to have your item delivered to a neighbour or your work address, please specify their address during the checkout process.

If the courier fails to be able to get a signature they will leave a calling card with a telephone number for your local depot. They will attempt to deliver a second day, however if they are still unable to obtain a signature, you will be required to rearrange delivery directly with them at a suitable time to yourself. Any fees incurred by Patched Media Ltd will be charged to you as the customer.

If the courier is not contacted by yourself; the item will be sent back to our warehouse. If this happens, due to delivery costs incured by Patched Media Ltd, you will automatically receive a £15.00 + VAT charge on your account. Re-Delivery can then be made, however; Regretably, a further charge of £9.95 will occur.
